Return Eligibility

Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened or used.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will offer:
- A replacement of the same item, or
